Most of us experience at times in our life a deep inner restlessness. We will hear some important and significant insights in the form of the Enneagram – a tool, which has its wisdom in various ancient traditions. This weekend we will explore the Three Centres – Head, Heart and Gut, and how the centre you live from effects all aspects of your life.
